Graphics for already booked stands are requested directly from mac. The following documents can be used to order stand signage and extra furniture. The respective document must be downloaded for this purpose.
Furniture orders must be placed no later than 10 working days before the start of the event.
Stand lettering must be ordered no later than 21 working days before the start of the event.
Deliveries must be received on site by the exhibitor.

IMPORTANT! Please be sure to state the event as well as hall and stand number. In addition, a responsible person must be present at the stand to receive the goods. If there is no one on the stand to receive the goods, storage must be ordered in advance via one of our contract forwarding agents (see document above).
Hamburg Messe and we as organisers do not accept goods for storage!

The accesses to our lead management are sent separately.
Licences are included in the packages, additional ones can be ordered under further products.
Exhibitors must provide proof of insurance for the ordered exhibition stand. Upon completion of the stand booking, the organiser automatically arranges insurance through inEvexco, the appointed service provider. Upon proof of your own insurance (with sufficient cover), the amount will be credited.
